When buying a home sadly money trails do need to be provided. Money in and sometimes money out must be accounted for and explained.
It's to check the money in is legitimate and the money out isn't an ongoing expense, we know it can be painful but it's to make sure everything is legit, which is a good thing.
When thinking about buying a home just make sure all big deposits you have an explanation for and can provide statements or an audit trail and it will all be ok.

Why using a mortgage broker can be worth their weight in gold.

This client had complex income amongst some other obstacles in their way.

Countless hours spent researching lenders suitable for the income, situation and subject property and we eventually found a lender to take the case. It didn’t stop there, we had a few weeks of back and forth, explaining to the underwriters why they should accept the case and fighting to get it through for the client and today, after long hours, late nights and a lot of negotiations we recieved the offer for the client!

What a result! It’s moments like this which fully reinforce why using a broker pays dividends and really can make or break you purchasing a property.
