What does this mean for me?

🏡 If you have a fixed rate mortgage, there are no changes for you, your rate will remain the same.

🏡 If you have a tracker/discounted/variable rate mortgage, your lenders will be in contact direct to confirm your new rate and monthly payment, this should take place from January.

🏡For all clients who currently have an active mortgage application with me, if your mortgage lender announce any changes in their rates, I will be in contact should anything need to change.

Wow, where has that time gone?
