Back on the tools today, checking on the electrics and making sure all the cables are running to the right locations. Hopefully the ceiling will go up tomorrow.

It’s not all about being on site and on tools. Occasionally we get to have time spent enjoying the weather, networking, recruiting and building working relationships.

LR Group was also able to squeeze in a quick property viewing for a potential investment.

Boys have been busy the last two weeks all of first floor boarded and just window walls left to skim.
we did have a nice little surprise when removing the last of the render in the bathroom, who ever built the extension at the rear of the property had not supported the wall correctly and had fitted two steel lintels next two each other only supporting two thirds of the solid wall so we had to install an extra lintel to support the internal of the stone wall. While doing this we also changed an unsafe floor joist and installed new moisture resistant T&G flooring.
Now onto bathroom and utility room
