🔑 The Role
As a Case Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our mortgage advisers and ensuring a smooth journey for clients from application through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing mortgage cases from application through to completion
Liaising with lenders, solicitors, surveyors, and clients
Ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met
Providing excellent client communication and updates
Supporting advisers with case progression and administration
Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
✅ What We’re Looking For
CeMAP qualified (essential)
Previous experience in a mortgage or financial services case management role
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Excellent communication and client service skills
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Experience with lender systems and CRM platforms (preferred)

Competitive salary: £36,000.00 - £45,000.00 (depending on experience) plus Bonus
