Head of Marketing
Sandhaven Car Sales – Shotton
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 basic
OTE: Up to £70,000+ (depending on experience & performance)
Position: Full-time, Senior role (Not trainee)
Sandhaven Car Sales is growing fast — and we’re looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our brand, strategy, and digital growth as we scale across Sandhaven and upcoming sister companies.
This is a hands-on senior role with real autonomy, influence, and clear progression as the business expands.
The Role:
You will take full ownership of Sandhaven’s marketing function, driving lead generation, brand awareness, and sales performance across all digital channels.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing a full marketing strategy across Sandhaven and future sister companies
Managing and optimising SEO (on-page, off-page, local SEO)
Running and scaling Google Ads & Google Merchant campaigns
Managing paid advertising across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other platforms
Analysing performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads reporting.
Creating and overseeing high-quality digital content and campaigns using graphics, video, and branding
Leading creative ideas, campaigns, offers, and promotions
Working closely with sales to ensure marketing converts into real revenue identifying growth opportunities, trends, and new platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
This is not a trainee or junior role. We are looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and wants to build something.
You must have:
Proven experience in a senior marketing role
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and paid media
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad tracking, solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
A creative, proactive mindset — someone who brings ideas, not just executes tasks.
Commercial awareness and a results-driven attitude
Confidence to take ownership and make decisions
Bonus skills (not essential but desirable):
Automotive or lead-generation experience
Video content creation & social media growth
CRM and email marketing experience
