Hello

We all find ourselves in very challenging times and we want to update you on Reviving the Heart of the West End’s response to the current situation relating to Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to reassure you that we are following the most up-to-date Government and Public Health England guidelines to ensure our response is measured. However, we are aware this is an ever changing situation so guidance may change again in the coming days, so we will continue to monitor the situation closely and regularly and keep you updated of any changes.

Our priority has, and always will be, the health and safety of our tenants, staff, visitors, conference guests and users of our buildings at John Buddle Work Village and Buddle House, and our participants on our EXPLORE START GROW programme, so we want to take this opportunity to update you with the measures we are taking to protect the health and well-being of everyone who uses the buildings as well as the participants involved with Reviving the Heart of the West End programmes.

As the situation currently stands, we are continuing with a full team from our offices at John Buddle Work Village. We are limiting travel and face to face meetings in favour of digital alternatives.

We are continually reviewing the situation but currently:

• Face to face 1:1 appointments are now suspended until
17th of May 2020; however, we are continuing to offer
appointments – via telephone, facetime or Skype.

• Group activities and workshops are now suspended until
18th of May 2020 and we will confirm when re-scheduled
dates are available.

• Our Connecting Business event in April and other
awareness-raising events are now postponed and we will
confirm dates in June 2020.

Stay safe
The main symptoms of Coronavirus infection are:

High Temperature Cough Breathing Difficulties.

Follow the Government and NHS advice websites
Anyone with even mild symptoms, a new persistent cough or high temperature is advised to stay at home and self-isolate for seven - fourteen days - check the guidance. n

The Government has now recommended limiting all
non-essential social contact.Please see guidance on social distancing.
