The picture is from one lender who has jumped up rates as much as 0.7%!!
The rest of the increases are not far off 📈

Be smart and lock a deal in as soon as you can and then I can review it Incase a better deal becomes available 😎

Mortgage rates have gone up slightly this week🏡
Even though it has not been a massive jump up it shows how constantly the market can change.

If your deal is due to end in the next 6 months, now is the time to take a look, get something locked in and keep reviewing the market incase deals get better.

Locking in now protects you against rate increases and the good news is as your advisor I review the market weekly to get you a better deal if one becomes available !

More likely for you boiler to start playing up or even completely stop working! 🥶
On your home insurance do you have Home Emergency cover included?🏡
You can get a certified tradesman to come out, 24/7, to fix your boiler. It is not classed as a claim and there is no excess to pay!
Truly can make a difference during Winter and Christmas time.

Just had an amazing conversation with a first time buyer who is looking to purchase in the new year 😀

We checked affordability to see how much they could borrow for the mortgage based off their current salary and then we worked out how much deposit they will need to have in order to get the property price they have been looking at locally🏡

Should be a good start to 2026 for them and Im happy that I can help !!
