There is certain criteria so it isn’t available for everyone, but if you or someone you know is:
- Currently renting and has a track history of keeping up with their payments
- A first time buyer

so I started this page a while ago, but was then put on the back burner due to being so busy! I know there is much uncertainty around the mortgage market at the moment, so I thought it was best to start this back up and then post as often as I can to help any one who needs it!
