💪Did I just work out how to resolve MY OWN Quickbooks support query, whilst on a Quickbooks support call, because THEY did not know how to resolve MY query? 💪

💃🕺Oh yes, I did. And here is my happy dance to celebrate 🕺💃

P.S. The support person was excellent btw - the support query was just very unusual and tricky..

✅ 2025-26 Tax year start payrolls imported, checked and set up on the SECOND working day of the new tax year

✅ Internal payroll admin systems renewed and ready for payrolls to start any day, on the THIRD working day of the new tax year...

Leading to very 😄😄😄 clients as they know their payroll is in VERY safe hands....

👉 Important team training on Monday covering very important Anti-Money Laundering regulations..... In particular, the important role play 🧡

👉 Reminder of our year end audit processes - yes, it is that time again, balance sheet checks!

👉 TEAM BREAKFAST at the amazing Josie's in Eastleigh - pancakes, tacos, burritos and full breakfasts all around

👉 Us lot just working in an office, together, chitter-chattering 🧡

👉Remote working is awesome for life-work balance, online co-working is awesome (when you have good wi-fi 🤦) but you cannot beat working in person now and then.....

🧡☀️Happy new FINANCIAL year (for most businesses anyway 🤣)☀️🧡 on this bright and beautiful day......

🥰Absolutely 🧡delighted 🧡 to be able to support Penderyn Village Pantry through our annual charity donation scheme....

🥰It has been a tough year for business, us included, we are not exempt....

🥰Whilst we normally like to support charities with a 🎄Christmas 🎄 donation, this year we waited.

🥰We were just not sure how the financial year would end out ('PRUDENCE' is not an accounting concept we like to ignore 🤣).

🥰But yesterday, I sharpened my ✏️pencil ✏️ put my head down, and made sure we could do 🪄something 🪄 and we could.

😢Lives are tough for all out there, and I cannot believe, here, in 2025, families have to rely on 🥫food banks 🥫to put food on the table. And Penderyn Village Pantry help with that task, every day, on the front line.

🥰We are super chuffed to help out and do our bit.
