Greetings mortgage friends, clients & enthusiasts! 🤗

As you all may or may not know our team has been working hard behind the scenes all year around to help limit the damage of the interest rate hikes & cost of living crisis for all of our old & new clients alike 🥵

Contrary to popular belief we are not mortgage terminators & we do need to recharge our batteries from time to time! (although Ian does tend to have the personality of a robot occasionally 🤖).

Please note - we will be shutting down for Christmas on the 16th December for two weeks 🎅

Only urgent enquiries & cases will be entertained during this timeframe - if you’re found trying to disguise your enquiry as such you will be put on the naughty list 🤔

FYI - we have seen some small rate cuts in recent weeks… hopefully a sign that a better climate is to come in the new year 🤞
