What a challenge from Team P&A Group!

Colleagues completed the P&A Coast Path Relay, covering more than 53 miles from Conwy to Saltney in support of Tenovus Cancer Care / Gofal Canser Tenovus and North Wales Wildlife Trust.

The effort has already raised over £1,500 for charity, with donations still coming in.

P&A Group - Walk all over cancer and for nature

This Saturday, Team P&A will set off from Conwy on what we hope will be a successful fundraising event.

Covering more than 50 miles, the challenge will see colleagues, friends and supporters come together to complete relay legs across the North Wales coastline in support of our 2026 Charities of the Year:

Our target is to raise £5,000 from this event alone, and every donation, no matter the size, will help us get there.

We're also delighted that representatives and volunteers from Tenovus Cancer Care will be joining us on the day, making the connection between our fundraising efforts and the people we are supporting even more meaningful.

A fantastic night for Mold Alexandra FC!

We’re thrilled to have played a part in such a brilliant community event! By donating the pallets for the DIY stage, we helped set the stage (literally!) for an evening of top comedy - and it held up perfectly! 👏

Huge thanks to Paula Ellis for building the stage and to all the Mold Alex volunteers who kept everything running smoothly. And, of course, a big shout-out to everyone who came along to support the club, a place that remains welcoming, safe, and inclusive for all.

We can’t wait to see what the next event brings - roll on the next one!

🏁 A fantastic day at the Nightingale House Hospice 5K & 10K Run! 🏃‍♀️

On Saturday 5th April, P&A Pallets, as part of the P&A Group, was proud to sponsor and support this incredible community event held at Alyn Waters Country Park—a scenic, multi-terrain course that brought runners of all abilities together to raise funds for a truly worthy cause.

As part of our 40th anniversary celebrations, we were honoured to sponsor the event’s trophies with a £1,000 donation, reaffirming our ongoing commitment to giving back to the communities we serve.

Steve Morgan, Chairman of The P&A Group, which includes Zest Outdoor Living, P&A Pallets, and The Woodworks Garden Centre & Café in Mold, was there to help celebrate this special occasion.

A special highlight was seeing Steve join Alison Peters from GHP Legal to present 12 trophies to the deserving winners. The energy, positivity, and community spirit on the day were infectious—helped along by the appearance of the brand new Nightingale House mascot who kept smiles going all morning!

Nightingale House Hospice provides free, specialist palliative care services to individuals with life-limiting illnesses, while supporting their families with compassion across a wide catchment area. We’re proud to continue supporting this incredible organisation, following our past partnership sponsoring a tile on their 25th Anniversary Hot Air Balloon.

Huge thanks to Elise Jackson and the hospice team for organising such a memorable and meaningful day. As Elise put it, “The Alyn Waters 5k and 10k Run is more than just a run; it’s an opportunity for the community to come together, enjoy the beautiful surroundings and make a real difference.”

🏃‍♂️ Good luck to everyone taking part in the Nightingale House Hospice 5K & 10K Run this Saturday! 🏃‍♀️

The P&A Group in Mold, which is the parent company of P&A Pallets, is very proud to be a sponsor of this fantastic event, helping to support the vital work of Nightingale House Hospice. As the official trophy sponsor, we’ll be there to celebrate the incredible achievements of all participants!

⏰ Start Time: 10:00 AM
🏆 Trophy Presentations: The first 5K runners are expected back within 20 minutes, with the 10K finishers following soon after.

This scenic, multi-terrain route welcomes runners of all abilities. Expect a fun but challenging course with a few inclines, chip-timed results, and a bespoke medal for all finishers! The 5K loop will be completed twice by 10K runners, with water stations along the way and a fantastic event team on hand.

🌍✨ We did our bit for a cleaner Mold! (And there's still time to get involved and make a huge difference) ✨🌍

This week, our wonderful team rolled up their sleeves and joined the to help keep our town looking its best! Armed with litter pickers and a passion for the environment, we collected rubbish, made a real impact, and had a fantastic time doing it! 🗑️💪

A huge thank you to Mold Town Council / Cyngor Tref yr Wyddgrug for organising this brilliant event. It was inspiring to see so many people come together to make a difference. And there's still time to get involved because it doesn't end until Sunday, 6th April!
