I've been working on some different tasty products over the past few weeks so the full line up is now;

Caremelised onion Chutney
Apple & Ale chutney
Red chilli jam
Mango Chutney
And last but not least my Hot Sauce made with fermented red chillis - hot but tasty!

Did you know fermented chilli's peppers give a more rounded and fuller flavour? These red chillis will be fermenting for up to 2 weeks and then turned into a small batch of Louisiana style hot sauce!

Message me if you want to reserve some! I don't expect it to last long...

Not as hot as it sounds but with plenty of flavour this Red Chilli Jam is a huge family favourite.

Liven up ham and cheese sarnies, serve as a condiment with salads or roast chicken and (a personal favourite) spread liberally on a bacon sandwich.

Our first three preserves and getting ready for the Christmas Fayres. We have a Red Chilli Jam, Caramelised Red Onion Chutney and "Chutney #1" - a lightly spaced classic chutney.

£3.50 each or £10 for all three as a 'Christmas Cheeseboard special'.
