This is always the most exciting yet most daunting day of the process

We think we’ve got a good one here though!

We will be turning it from a 1 bed to a 2 bed and the thorough refurbishment is expected to take around 3 months…… although it seems a shame to rip out the ‘unique’ bathroom suite 🤣🙃
