Many people know that in order for a consumer credit agreement to be enforceable, where a consumer serves a request for the agreement under sections 77 & 78 of the CCA, the agreement must be provided either in original or reconstituted form. What is less well known is that it must be "easily legible" by virtue of the Copy Regulations - if you have any queries on this point please contact us
