Radiant Financial Planning Announces Acquisition of Seven Bridges IM Ltd
We are pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Seven Bridges IM Ltd (‘SBIM’). This acquisition brings SBIM’s experienced team into the Radiant Group, marking a significant step in our strategic growth via entry into the North-East.

SBIM is a family business with strong heritage. It was founded by Ryan Parker in 2014 as a vehicle to succeed the business previously owned by his father, Peter Parker, which originated in 1992. Peter is still an adviser in the business today as well as Ryan’s sister, Chelsey.

This acquisition presents Radiant with the opportunity to enter a new market in the North-East, which will improve our ability to deliver exceptional financial planning services to a broader audience. We also intend to leverage SBIM’s scale as a platform for future growth in the region.

We are thrilled to announce that Max Burlton has passed both the Chartered Insurance Institute’s (CII) AF5 (Financial Planning Process) and AF7 (Pension Transfers) qualifications.
A huge well done to Max for completing these two difficult exams in such close proximity!

Max is now the proud owner of the CII’s Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 6), a significant milestone he has reached impressively early in his career. While he hasn’t yet completed the five years of industry experience required to apply to the CII for Chartered status, it's only a matter of time before he achieves this next step.

Congratulations Max, on this outstanding accomplishment!
