The Market is a crazy place at the minute, having lots of enquiries from first time buyers at the moment all with the same questions and position of maybe not knowing what they can borrow or where they stand in terms of getting a mortgage, if you feel your in this position then please contact me and we can sit and work out your position and your next steps!🏡

Also anyone with a current mortgage and they fear that their mortgage fixed rate is due soon remember the best time to start looking would be around 6 months from your current deal!

The Bank of England have announced that the Current Market Intrest rates are set to increase again to 2.25% being a record high since 2008! This is increasing by 0.5% form the Current 1.75%.
