This year marks a very special milestone for me and the team at The Mistoria Group as we celebrate 15 years of Rob Flint, ACMA, CGMA, being part of our journey 🎉
What many people may not know is that Rob’s story with us actually began even earlier. Back in the early days, he joined us for almost six months as a volunteer to learn accounting and bookkeeping. Even at that stage, his commitment, loyalty and work ethic were clear to see. Those qualities set the tone for what has become an incredible 15-year journey with The Mistoria Group and MCC Accountants.
Over the past decade and a half, Rob has been one of the quiet pillars of the business — a true silent hero who has consistently put the interests of the company above his own. Through the massive highs, the significant challenges and the continued growth of the company, Rob has always remained a constant. His dedication, professionalism and integrity have helped shape the business into what it is today.
Rob isn’t just a colleague — he is a huge part of the Mistoria story. His support for the team, his attention to detail and his unwavering belief in the business have made a lasting impact on everyone who has had the privilege of working with him.
In a world where loyalty in the workplace is becoming increasingly rare, Rob’s 15 years of commitment is something truly special and something we are incredibly proud to celebrate.
To mark this milestone, we will be hosting a special evening to celebrate Rob and his contribution over the years:
