This week we hosted a special event with our charity partners SAMH where our colleagues came together in Glasgow to mark . They discussed their own wellbeing and how we can support our customers when it comes to money and mental health.

The event featured bespoke training sessions, a move and talk activity, and a session on changing unhelpful behaviours. SAMH’s Wellbeing on Wheels bus also stopped by, offering consultations with their team.

It was great to see colleagues getting involved - thank you to everyone who took part in the events. Take a look 👇

Watch out, scammers are calling customers pretending to be us. They're lying about payments being made on customer accounts to put pressure on people to share their one-time passcode.

We will never ask you for this and this is a scam.

If you receive a call that doesn't feel right, hang up.

If you think you've been affected by this scam, please contact us using the number on the back of your card.

Seen a bargain that looks too good to be true? It could be a scam. Don’t rush to buy it or you could end up with less than you bargained for…
