The ‘DFC FC’ squad is back at the Simply Cup for the third year running! ⚽️

The Simply Cup has become a key fixture in our calendar, and we’re proud to be taking part once again in the charity tournament organised by Simply Asset Finance.

We’re here at Powerleague Battersea, joining teams from across the industry to compete, connect, and raise funds for Cancer Research UK (CRUK).

This year our squad is represented by colleagues from our Structured Finance, Asset Finance, Inventory Finance, Automation and Marketing teams. Good luck to
Gareth Walker, Ryan Manning, Andy Moncur, Adam Ahmed, Adam Turvey, Harry O’Connell, and Will Jones!

Alongside the tournament, the Charity Giving League has been running to contribute to the overall fundraising effort, thank you to everyone who has supported us with donations!

✨ Festive cheer at DF Capital! Instead of reindeer and sleigh bells, the real magic came from the generosity of our colleagues, partners and customers.

We’ve been genuinely touched by the kindness shown throughout the festive season. Together, our teams contributed to Wood Street Mission’s Christmas Appeal with donations of toys and selection boxes, and gathered grocery items for Trussell's Reverse Advent Calendar initiative. We also donned our Christmas jumpers to raise funds for Save the Children UK and held our annual wreath-making workshop in aid of Trussell.

The toys and gifts donated will help to bring a little joy to children across Manchester and Salford who are living in poverty, a powerful reminder of the difference small acts of kindness can make at this time of year. 🎁💛

A special thank you to Shoot Business ,Hobs Repro and Cascade Productions for your generosity, and to Chadderton Motor Company Ltd for lending us your trusty sleigh 🚗🎄 to help us deliver the donations.

Whether it was donating a gift, wearing a Christmas jumper, crafting wreaths or filling a bag of food donations, every contribution helped to bring the festive spirit.

We are proud to share that DF Capital has been named a Silver Winner for Best Employee Engagement Strategy at onHand’s 2025 Impact Awards.

This recognition reflects the journey we’ve taken with onHand through our Emission Possible competition, engaging colleagues in a series of challenges and commitments that built awareness, confidence, and long-lasting sustainable habits throughout 2025.

Together we’ve achieved amazing results. Since January 2025, we have collectively reduced CO₂e by over 134 metric tonnes and have maintained strong engagement through friendly competition, team spirit and quarterly celebrations.

The judges highlighted the strength of our approach and the positive impact it created across the year, recognising how it kept colleagues engaged in a genuine and sustained way.

A big ‘thank you’ to our colleagues for their engagement, and to for helping us to measure and track our progress as we continue our sustainability journey.

🚐 What a week at the Motorhome & Caravan Show 2025!

It’s been an incredible week at the NEC, filled with great conversations, connections and energy across the halls. We were proud to be headline sponsor of the Inspiration Theatre for the first time, supporting a space that brings ideas and innovation to life for the leisure community, and we look forward to continuing that support in the years to come.

This year was extra special as we introduced DFRNT (pronounced “different”), our new retail finance product designed to help customers bring their getaway dreams to life. It was fantastic to see such enthusiasm and interest, and to connect with so many of our industry partners throughout the week.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand and made this year’s show such a success.

We are proud of the response we received and look forward to continuing our support for the industry, helping even more people turn their dream getaways into reality.

Wow, what a fantastic evening we had at the Motor Trader Independent Dealer Awards 2025 – celebrating the very best of the UK’s independent dealer sector.
