Hello all!
I'm delighted to launch our website, Facebook and Instagram page for our property investment company Red Leaf Property Solutions.
The lockdowns of 2020/2021 afforded Mick and I the time to reasses our priorities and we realised that we want our future to be in property. We've spent some time educating ourselves and are now ready and raring to go.
Our model is quite simple.
We Buy tired, rundown properties.
We Refurbish them to make them a great home for our tenants. We Refinance the property at their new market value to release equity
And then either repay our investors or Recycle the investment on another property.
We're always on the hunt for new properties so if you or someone you know is looking to sell then please get in touch. We're also looking for investors who might like to invest with us and get some decent returns on their investment.
We'll be using our Instagram and pages to keep everyone updated on our progress.
