I started working with Frankie last summer in order to plan her first two HMO developments, and look how beautiful the first one turned out!
Frankie came from a background completely unrelated to property or construction so it was a steep learning curve but she threw herself in at the deep end, grafted and got the job done. Here is the finished product - a high end 6-bed all en suite HMO in a desirable area
We worked together on her floorplans, fire safety, understanding the refurb process including timelines etc, learning about financing and refinancing, hitting all criteria to secure HMO license with ease and how to make sure the interiors stand out for maximum demand once the project was completed.
