We’re excited to announce the launch of our new KLIENT GROUP Global Property Investment Fund.
The fund will focus on acquiring and investing in high-quality real estate opportunities across Africa, Europe and North America, with a strong focus on assets valued under €1M-£1M where we believe the best risk-adjusted opportunities exist.
Our strategy is simple:
• Acquire overlooked, high-potential properties
• Improve value through strategic repositioning
• Generate strong long-term income and capital growth
Real estate remains one of the most resilient asset classes globally, and we believe this is the right time to build a portfolio of cash-flowing, strategically located assets.
We are currently opening conversations with select investors and partners interested in participating in the fund.
This is a small / emerging fund: £25M - £100M.
