We initially tried to refinance another property for our client in order to raise the balance of funds for another investment purchase, but because of a strict deadline set for the purchase, we needed an alternative solution.

With the borrower having a good chunk of equity in another property they own, we were able to source a quick 2nd charge bridge in 10 days, raise the balance of funds, and made them swiftly available to complete the purchase.

While the initial plan presented a slight obstacle, that is still proceeding in the background and will be now be utilized to clear the bridge.
