Not another WhatsApp group... this is different.

Studying for your CeMAP or DipFA exam and need people who actually get it? This is less "corporate community" and more like your best mates' group chat... except it's about your career.

10pm panics. Repeat questions. The odd voice note mid-meltdown before an exam. Someone always answers... me included.

That's the Pass and Support Guarantee. Full details are on the website now πŸ‘€

Comment DIPFA and I'll show you how to get started.

I get asked a lot by people considering a career change: what does life actually look like once you're qualified?

Being a mortgage adviser gives you a level of flexibility that a lot of traditional jobs just don't. School runs, personal time, structuring your day around your life rather than the other way around. It's also a genuinely rewarding, people-first career, you're helping someone through one of the biggest decisions they'll ever make.

September tends to be when a lot of people start seriously thinking about a career change, so if that's you right now, I wanted to put this out there. It all starts with one qualification, CeMAP, and it's more achievable than most people think, even if you're starting from a completely different industry.

If you've been considering this, I'd genuinely love to hear from you.

Send me a message and I'll talk you through what the realistic path looks like.

3 reasons Future in Finance isn't for you...

1. You don't want a clear path from CeMAP to DipFA. You would rather figure out your next steps on your own.

2. You want one approach to learning. You don't want coaching that has been purposely designed around how I know people learn best.

3. You want to learn from a textbook with no human support. No one to ask when it doesn't make sense.

If any of that sounds like you... fair enough, this actually isn't for you.

But if you're the kind of person who wants a clear route from CeMAP right through to DipFA, a learning style that actually fits a busy brain, and someone in your corner until you're qualified...and beyond that's the whole reason Future in Finance exists.

One of my students just finished her FSRE Fast Track this week after doing CeMAP 2 and 3 with me through one to one coaching. Her words, not mine: "I genuinely don't think I could have got through my CeMAP exams without her."

That's my Pass and Support Guarantee in action!

I offer a FREE 20-minute call to discuss where you are at and what you want to achieve, which can be booked via my profile link. This is for you if you are starting at the beginning or you have been struggling for a while and need a different approach...

CeMAP difficulty out of 10...

No two students have the same journey. Some find CeMAP 1 straightforward and hit a wall in CeMAP 2. Others manage the whole thing. Others find every module a challenge.

So there's no single number

With just a textbook and no support, the difficulty is an 8 or 9 out of 10. Not because the content is impossible. Because you're navigating it completely alone, with no one to tell you where to focus, what actually comes up in the exam, or how to apply what you're reading.

With the right support around you, that same qualification comes down to a 5 out of 10.

Same exam. Same content. Completely different experience.

How you're supported is what determines whether you pass.

My website is the best place to see real student reviews and to understand more about my pass and support gaurantee

Studying CeMAP while working full time. It is possible.

The number one thing that stops people starting is thinking they don't have enough time.

You don't need hours; you need consistency.

πŸ‘‰πŸ» Twenty minutes on your lunch break is more effective than a four-hour Sunday session you've been dreading all week.

πŸ‘‰πŸ» Audio content on your commute counts. Listening to a CeMAP breakdown while you're driving or on the train is revision. It doesn't have to look like studying to work.

πŸ‘‰πŸ» The e-learning is built around your life, not the other way around. You're not locked into a timetable. You study when you can, and I'm there when you need me.

This is why I have developed different ways of achieving with me, and different price points...

This is what life looks like on the other side of CeMAP.

You're advising clients on the biggest financial decision of their lives. You're working for yourself or for a brokerage. You're fitting your hours around your kids, your commute, your actual life.

The mortgage adviser I spoke to last week works four days. Takes Fridays off. Earns more than she did in her previous job working five.

She passed CeMAP 18 months ago. She was working full time when she studied. She wasn't sure she could do it.

She did it.

This is not a rare story. This is what happens when you get the right qualification and the right support.

CeMAP is one of the few qualifications in financial services where you can study from home, qualify in months, and walk into a career with real earning potential.

No degree required. No years of study. Just the right course and someone who stays until you pass.

I have a bank of dedicated and real talking podcasts on my website (FREE!) I also offer a FREE 30-minute discussion...

What comes after CeMAP in financial services?

Passing CeMAP is the start. Not the finish.

If you want to go further into financial advice, advise on protection, investments, or broader financial planning, the next qualification is DIPFA.

The Diploma in Financial Advice. Six exams - but don't be put off yet...

I've been building the DIPFA e-learning for the past six months. I already have a group of qualified advisers in early access who joined without any promotion at all.

Here's what DIPFA actually covers and who it's for.

πŸ‘‰πŸ» Qualified mortgage advisers who want to expand their advice permissions.

πŸ‘‰πŸ» People who want to move into broader financial planning and investment advice.

πŸ‘‰πŸ» Advisers who are already earning well from mortgages and want to add protection and financial planning to their offering.

CeMAP gets you qualified. DIPFA gets you further.

My website has a page dedicated to explaining more about what you can expect πŸ‘€

How long does CeMAP actually take to study

I get asked this ALOT.
.. it depends on you. so let me give you something more useful than that.

Studying part-time around a full-time job? Realistically, you're looking at 3 to 6 months. Have more time, and you're consistent? Students do it in 6 to 8 weeks.

Structure is everything.

Drop me a comment below or head to the link in my bio and I'll send you my study structure guide.

FSRE Fast Track September 2026

August is gone.

September 21st is the next FSRE Fast Track, and there is ONE space available

FSRE is the first exam in the new CeMAP qualification. It replaced CeMAP 1 in January, and it is the one that catches people out the most.

I spent 6 months building this course. The first time I ran it, every student who sat the exam passed.

If you've been putting off starting, or you've been waiting to see if you can fit it around your life, September is your window.

Comment 'FSRE' and I'll send you the details.
