Imagine renting a home you are considering buying for a month, living with its realities, understanding both its strengths and its shortcomings, and then submitting an offer grounded in firsthand knowledge rather than speculation.

It raises an interesting question: how many transactions would still proceed if pricing reflected lived experience instead of expectation? 🏡
