As a mortgage adviser, I help a wide range of clients — from first-time buyers and home movers to those funding renovations, investing in property or navigating some wonderfully unusual and complex mortgage situations!
This year, my focus has been firmly on looking after my clients, with the day-to-day demands of the business taking priority over social media.

For me, it’s about much more than arranging a mortgage. I genuinely love finding solutions, overcoming challenges and helping clients achieve their property goals.

Quiet on social media, but certainly not quiet behind the scenes! 🏡❤️

Been a little busy this weekend 💍

Just to clarify, it’s business as usual and everything will continue to operate under Wildman Mortgages — a name that means a lot to me and proudly keeps a nod to my maiden name. 🩷

Thank you for all the kind messages and support as always — now, back to helping you make your own big life moves happen! 🏡

Try before you buy. 🤔

What if property purchases began with experience rather than assumption? Imagine renting a home you are considering buying for a month, living with its realities, understanding both its strengths and its shortcomings, and then submitting an offer grounded in firsthand knowledge rather than speculation.

It raises an interesting question: how many transactions would still proceed if pricing reflected lived experience instead of expectation? 🏡

Ps I really wish I checked the caption but just pretend it says ‘a property industry’ 😆
