Below is a very good reason to use a mortgage broker such as ourselves.

2 weeks ago I took a call from someone who had been referred to me by a friend.

This person had an offer accepted on a property but had been declined twice for the mortgage by banks they had spoken to , after taking all their details and looking through their documents I could see the issue they were having and so after speaking to a lender that would accept them we applied for a mortgage and had an offer in 4 days.

Clients now happy and progressing through their purchase .

Moral of the story is not all lenders operate to the same lending criteria or affordability calculations , if you or you know someone who may need my help and with no broker fee to pay please get in contact.
