Come and join our friendly team of call centre agents based in our Shrewsbury, Telford or Malton site. You’ll be responsible for helping customers that are behind with their water bills to agree a solution that works with them. No previous experience required as full training will be provided.

Benefits

✅Starting salary of £21.5k that increases up to £23.5k (based on a 40-hour contract)
✅31 days annual leave, increasing with length of service

Over the festive period, with thanks to Kiss My Parcel, our colleagues have been able to donate bespoke care packages in their local area. Working with Kiss My Parcel who kindly donated over 300 packages, our charity coordinators were able to request items that would make the most difference to their chosen charities.

Our Malton office chose to split their donations between Camphill Village Trust and Sight Support Ryedale donating 25 boxes to each of the charities in Malton and Norton to spread some Christmas Cheer.

Negotiating payments and payment plans

Managing customers’ expectations
Support and direct our customers to relevant charities/support networks
Update customer accounts with relevant notes and outcomes
What we would from you:
Good customer service skills to build up good rapport with your customer
Strong listening, empathy and questioning skills
Confident using computers with the ability to pick up new skills easily
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of our friendly teams
A genuine drive to deliver excellence and work towards achievable targets
Call Centre experience is not essential however, you should be a good communicator using both verbal and written skills and be a confident computer user with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
