🚦 Travel Update for Rochester Sweeps Festival Visitors (3rd–5th May) 🚦

If you’re heading to the Rochester Sweeps Festival this weekend, please note the following Southeastern train service changes:

🚧 No Southeastern trains will run to or from London Victoria.
🚆 Services will be diverted to run to and from London Charing Cross, Cannon Street or Blackfriars.

Good news — trains will still be running on the North Kent line, connecting Rochester with Gravesend, Dartford, and London Bridge.

👉 We’d really appreciate it if visitors could travel by train and leave cars at one of the North Kent line station car parks, which will have plenty of spaces at weekends. It really helps relieve pressure on our car parks, especially for those with mobility issues.

Coming to this weekend's Rochester Sweeps Festival by train?

This is the sight that'll be greeting you as you cross Corporation Street heading towards the heart of the festival.

A collaboration between Medway Council Events Team and Rochester City Centre Forum to point you in the right direction - a great HUGE MAP!!

You'll also spot Visit Rochester UK 's Greeters in their distinctive pink 'Welcome to Rochester' T shirts - pick up a copy of the festival programme from them as you arrive.
