You may have seen in the news that ongoing tensions in the Middle East are causing uncertainty in global financial markets. As a result, we are already seeing mortgage lenders increase their rates this week, with others expected to review pricing over the coming days.

If your fixed rate mortgage is due to end within the next 6 months, now is a good time to review your options. Many lenders allow you to secure a new rate in advance, which can help protect you from further increases while still giving flexibility if rates improve before completion.

We’re going fully flexible and remote, meaning we’ll now be:
