🚨Long Post Warning 🚨
Hi I’m just wanted to introduce myself for those who don’t know me and update those who do.
So I’m Simon 40 years old 6 foot 2 inches tall. Done thanks for reading..
Well a little more information i work as property entrepreneur as i have experienced most property strategies The good, the Bad and the Ugly.
I have been involved in property and construction for over 20 years, starting as an Electrician, then an Electrical Engineer then working for the last 7 years full time self employed in Property. I Have ran a property souring company where i have acquired over £3M worth of property and creating over £5M of Value. 90% of these i have personally Project Managed the works and know the importance of running a smooth project to completion.
I have acquired and ran serviced accommodation from a single holiday let to multi blocks of flats even to a 62 Bedroom Hotel.
I have acquired new Build sites gained the planning permission and sold for gains and have all the scars to prove it.
My “Why” in this has always been to have more freedom not be stuck working 100 hour weeks, to have the freedom to work when and from where i want and to be present for my family and friends.
Yes more money is a must however time for me is more important to spend the way you want.
For Many years i always wanted to have my own investment properties but i had no idea on where to start and i thought it was just for the wealthy. Well i stumbled across a radio interview with a property investor, read a s**t load of book paid for multiple training courses and got started that’s where the real learning starts.
Over the last 7 years i have still continued to invest in myself as you will never stop learning.
During this time i have followed my passions, had my head turned by shinny pennies been burnt and stabbed in the back on multiple occasions.
I have had things go well and very bad this is the reality of property investing please don’t think it’s all easy money, low stress and no problems.
However through the madness of it all i still I’m extremely passionate about creating homes, bringing buildings back to life and helping others to do the same.
My experiences have led me to help others from making the same mistakes and solve problems as there isn’t many I haven’t come up across.
Your Mindset, Values and Goals are more important then the property strategy as if they are not aligned when things get tough as the will always do, that’s the moment things fail or you throw in the towel.
