So this is what has been achieved for Dementia UK and Alzheimer's Society this last 6 weeks....
£172 for dementia uk and £597 for alzheimers society. That is a wopping £769. Its been amazing feels amazing to have completed the challenges i set myself!!!

I never thought id be swimming a mile a day. Ill be keeping it all up.

Now the rest of the month will be for celebrating getting old and turning 40!!!!!

So tomorrow im doimg my last mile for Alzheimer's Society at Chepstow Leisure Centre at 12pm.... i hope to see the ones that can make it there to support me for my last 84 lengths!!! Ive been dying to swim all weekend but ive been saving the moment. I cant quite believe how ive manged to do it... i thought id only be able to do 10 lengths a day and im smashing over 80. Thanks for everyones support. Ill be sharing my next challenge soon its not until next year but i need team members.... heres to turning 40 and being healthly and LIVING FOREVER... !!!!! ###

So Im turning 40 this month!!! Cant quite believe it.... so im throwing a party to see it through. So everyone is welcome to come celebrate with me... please share the invitation with anyone you think would like to be there... ive been inviting people as ive seen them too. Cant wait to see you all. Lots of love!!!

So next month im doing my bit for dementia uk and alzheimers society.

Im dying to get fit and do it for a good cause. My aunty is suffering from the awful diesaese and I would like to raise awareness.

I did the half marathon walk in breacon last year for alzheimers society.

So this is the plan

- walk a mile a day for Dementia UK
I will post everyday and im going to involve Lil as much as possible

- swim 10 lengths a day (minimum) to make up 5 miles in september for Alzheimer's Society ive set the bar quite low as im so unfit, i will increase this if I can.

- then complete the cardiff 6km memory walk for Alzheimer's Society Cymru on 28th September.

Anyone that wants to join in in any activities feel free. I will be walking locally and swimming at local pools in school times.

I will be posting links for donations as i am doing it as well as here.

Wish me luck heres to getting fit in September for some good causes close to my heart.

So finally my baby has secured a place at nursery, so please watch this page over the coming weeks for launch and products and services.

Ive got work to do on the website too, but so happy im finally in a position to start working properly again.

So good morning everyone. There will be a delay with launching the website due to it being redirected somewhere else. Please bare with me whilst i get professional help with resolving this.

At the moment do not click on the website until i have got this issue sorted.

Very glad i only shared with a few family and friends whilst beginning this.
