A productive day adding a splash of colour and TLC to our Airbnb!

And the rebuild has begun!! 🙌

The joists have gone in and the steels are about to go in to support the top floor!

Our build team will then put new floors in and then begin putting the frames in for the bedrooms! 🛏️

This week our build team took out the floors and ceilings! 🤩

This is now a blank canvas ready to turn it into a 3 storey HMO with en-suites and kitchenettes ✅

These are the keys to our latest project which we picked up at 4.50pm today!! 10 minutes before the estate agents closed! 🏡

Talk about last minute on a Friday! 🙈

We have been trying to complete on this project for the last couple of months and there has been problem after problem which has ended up delaying things.
