Supporting our agents at their events is always a highlight, and last Friday was no exception, as we headed down to Dunster Show to join the team at Webbers.

It was great to meet so many of their former clients, and to meet plenty of new faces who popped over to the tent for a glass of Pimm's and a look at the properties Webbers currently have on the market locally.

Thanks to Webbers for the invitation, and we're already looking forward to next year's show.

Last night, some of our team headed down to watch Torquay United take on Plymouth Argyle in their pre-season friendly, though calling a Devon derby ‘friendly’ might be a bit of a stretch!

They were joined by Luke Boon - Estate Agent, an independent estate agent covering Plymouth and West Devon, who we've been proudly working alongside for a while now.

It's always great to swap the phone calls for a proper catch-up in person!

⛳ A couple of weeks ago, we were proud to sponsor Long Sutton Golf & Country Club's Charity Day, alongside our partner firm TLF Wealth Management Ltd.

The day was all about raising money for Brainwave, who help children with disabilities to reach their full potential through specialist therapy programmes, so it was a privilege to play a small part in such a worthwhile event.

While our directors, Tom and Connor, tackled the course alongside our friends at Towers Wills (with... let's just say... very different levels of success!), the rest of our team kept everyone going by handing out refreshments, and managed to raise a fantastic amount of money for the day’s cause.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated and supported the event. Together, we helped raise a fantastic amount for an amazing cause, and we're delighted to have been involved.

We're excited to announce that we’re the new mortgage partner for Webbers Estate Agents' Somerset offices! 🤝

Over the past week, our brokers have been out visiting the Taunton, Wellington, Wiveliscombe, and Minehead branches, getting to know the team and understanding how each other works. 📍

As of this week, our brokers are now working in Webbers' offices a couple of days each week, ready to offer their clients our award-winning mortgage and protection advice.

Yesterday, some of our team headed down to Bridgwater and Taunton College for their staff development day! 🎓

Earlier this week, our Director Connor Fitzgerald joined a panel of industry experts for The Property Centre's networking event for Somerset property investors.

Connor shared his insight on the current state of the mortgage market, covering rate trends and lender appetite, while also helping local property investors gain clarity on the questions that matter most to their portfolios right now.

It's always great to be part of these "Ask The Experts" sessions, and to see property investors coming together to improve their knowledge.
