April 2026 will bring some of the biggest changes to umbrella payroll compliance in years. SSP from day one. Day-one family leave rights. The Fair Work Agency now active and investigating without waiting for a complaint. Joint and several liability now law for recruitment agencies.

For a lot of operators in this sector, there's a lot to work through.
