WEEK 1: COMPLETE ✅

Targeting 30-50km road running, managed a solid 49km distance this week, focussing on slower pace and lower heart rate, but greater distance.

The bike gets delivered tomorrow, so going to try and cover 100km cycling next week too.

Covered 23.1km too, which isn’t furthest run to date.

Two football sessions locked in for next week and a handful of runs prepped, going to try and get in the gym 4-5 days next week.

Feel like I’ve been hit by a bus, but a great sense of achievement to end the week. Now time to get ahead on the charts and get ready to get paid next week.

You may want to read it more than once!

Most traders don’t fail because they’re stupid, lazy, or unlucky.

They fail because they constantly change their outlook.

A small losing streak happens and suddenly:
💔The strategy is “broken”
🤦‍♂️Confidence disappears
📋Rules get bent
⚙️ A new system is being searched for

Then a few wins come back… and the cycle repeats.

This is what keeps most traders stuck.

Judging your performance based on the last 20 or 30 trades tells you almost nothing.

That’s noise. That’s variance. That’s randomness.

Markets don’t reward short-term emotional reactions, they reward statistical edges.

Real trading performance is measured over 90+ days and hundreds and hundreds of trades, not a bad week or a good run.

Only over a large sample size can you actually see:
1️⃣ If your strategy has a real edge
2️⃣ Your true win rate
3️⃣ Your average R:R
4️⃣ Whether ex*****on or psychology is the problem
5️⃣ What needs refinement (not replacement)

Professional traders don’t ask:
“Did I win this week?”

They ask:
“Did I follow my process, and what does the data say over time?”

The goal isn’t to avoid losses.
Losses are part of the business.

The goal is to collect information, stay consistent, and let probability do the work.

If you’re constantly switching strategies, timeframes, or biases, you’re never giving anything long enough to work.

Zoom out. Track everything. Trade your plan.
Let the data tell the story, not your emotions.

Day 3 of 8 -$11,000 🫣

2 steps forward, 1 step back and we have been absolutely expecting it. A larger loss than expected due to wick slippage, but we had the opportunity to take a small W, we held and took a significant loss.

That being said, we took a payout of $4000 from one futures firm, another $1020 from AF, and $3300 from our personal account.

We also made $1100 and $350 on the futures accounts after taking the $4000 and $1020 payout.

So a strong day, withdrawing a total of $8400, making progress on 2 futures accounts, but taking a step back on the other 18 🤣🤣

Happy New Year’s Eve all 📈

DM TO YOURSELF 🧠

Instead of saving, sometimes it’s easier to send something to yourself so you can refer back to it later.

We spoke about dollar performance earlier on in the week, and after a nice inter-day correction, we saw the dollar pick up again to end the week strong.

Another bullish day closed out and the 11th consecutive bullish week. Targets are now at around 108.500.

We saw targets of 107, with corrections to 105.700.

A huge rejection seen on the Friday close. Which signals longs going forward and for the foreseeable.
