As the year winds down, we’re reaching out to keep you informed about our holiday schedule.

We will be closed on:

- Thursday 25th December
- Friday 26th December
- Thursday 1st January

We are open as usual on all UK working days.

Our payments and FX team encourage that all payments are booked as early as possible to avoid delays. If you find yourself needing to book a payment on the 24th Dec or 31st Jan aim to do so before 14:00. You can reach the team at [email protected].

Our Solutions account management and customer success teams will also be here on the normal working days but will be operating with limited resources, so if you anticipate needing their support, please get in touch as early as you can to minimise any disruption.
