*1. Introduction*
1a. Godwin Money Investment (GMI) is committed to providing secure, transparent, and profitable investment opportunities.
1b. Our trading system integrates AI (Artificial Intelligence) and EA (Expert Advisors) to deliver high-performance results.
1c. Investors can expect up to 120% ROI (Return on Investment) or double their capital within 12 months.
*2. How It Works*
2a. No third party is involved – all dealings are directly with the Trader.
2b. Our AI and EA systems are tested, trusted, and fully compliant.
2c. Investor capital can be accounted for on request at any time.
*3. Investor Benefits*
3a. Referral Bonus: A one-off 10% referral commission for every invitee (payable after a 14-day cooling-off period).
3b. Monthly Dividends: Withdrawals are processed automatically on the 1st or 2nd Saturday of each month.
3c. Payment Options:
3c(i) Option 1 – Monthly Dividends + Capital returned at the end of 12 months (Most Popular).
3c(ii) Option 2 – Monthly Dividends (Capital included in monthly payments).

*4. Investment Packages*
4a. Minimum Entry: $10,000 / £10,000 / €10,000 / ₦10,000,000.
4b. Existing investors below this threshold will be required to upgrade to $5K / £5K / €5K / ₦5M at contract renewal or exit the partnership.
4c. Maximum Investment: Unlimited.
4d. Special Bonus: Investors at $100K / £100K / €100K / ₦100M+ receive a Christmas Bonus of $10K / £10K / €10K / ₦10M (paid on 20th December).
*5. Terms & Conditions**
5a. Cooling-Off Period: Investors may recall capital within 14 days of the contract without penalty.
5b. Early Termination: Capital recall after 14 days but before 12 months will be treated as a breach of contract. The investor will be entitled to 50% of the invested capital plus any dividends already paid.
5c. Contract Amendments: Require a 30-day written notice.
5d. Administration Fee: A 20% fee applies for administration and Visa Debit Card services.
5e. Withdrawal Policy: No withdrawal fees. The earliest withdrawal is after 1 month of joining.
