House prices have risen by 0.3% since October 2025 and there has been an annual price rise of 2.5% making the average property in the UK £271,000 (https://landregistry.data.gov.uk/app/ukhpi/ ) This means if you wait another year and house prices grow at the same rate then that same property will cost you an extra £6775.
