What a fantastic first day at the MacInnes Whisky marquee at the yesterday.

Thanks to our collaboration with the we enjoyed sharing the spectacle of their 1950 vintage Bentley with our visitors.

We’re all back here for another glorious day today. The bands are already practising on the bandstand, and Alastair Grand is busy in our ‘kitchen’ preparing more delicious Scottish-themed canapés as I write this.

Come along and find us between the Grand Ring and the Members’ Enclosure today. There’s a dram of single-malt Scotch with your name on it.

From the sandy windswept bays of Islay to the imposing snow-capped Paps of Jura, MacInnes is proud to share our name with the clan that once called these Isles their homeland. And while many of our whiskies pay homage to these spiritual ancestors of the Inner Hebrides, we also celebrate the whiskies from all over the country.

From the Lowlands to the Highlands, Speyside to Argyll, Scotland has drawn whisky enthusiasts from across the world to its distilleries and now you too can share in its journey. By investing in a cask, you become a part of this Scottish heritage and a share in a brief moment in a long history of Scotch whisky.

The ageing process is a critical factor in whisky production, and Scotch excels in this aspect. 🥃

Traditionally aged in oak casks for a minimum of three years (often substantially longer), Scotch whisky benefits from Scotland’s cool, damp climate. This slow maturation allows the spirit to absorb the nuances of the wood, resulting in a refined and sophisticated end product.

Find out more about just what makes Scotch so unique in our recent article.
