How much time do you spend sitting every day?
I've just read this article and found it most fascinating and which then led me to obviously having a go.
This is how it went ...
Hold on to bed leg, slowly lower body to said position, ouch, eek, arthritic knee is screaming, other parts of my body are reminding me I haven't acknowledged them for a while ... and I'm squatting, who would have thought it could still be achieved! In all fairness on the most part my body feels quite happy and comfortable, almost relaxed. Now how on earth do I get up ... this was only successful by pulling on bed leg for support :-)
Result ...
I am going to keep trying this daily to see if it has any long term benefit, if nothing else it was quite comfy whilst relieving the stress from sitting at my office desk.
I wonder how many of you reading this will now have a go, would love to hear your outcome?

I would like to end this week saying 'thank you' and showing my gratitude to those around me who have supported, shown great friendship and loyalty in all my business.
Without that good support network your business can be lonely and difficult at times. Remember to appreciate even those who may only enter your lives for a nano second as they will remember you and they may become your voice.
