BROS Capital LTD just reached the deal of an important investment on TC BioPharm Limited. TC BioPharm is a world-leading immunotherapy company that has seen positive results in its latest clinical cancer trial. They are now looking to advance those trials as well as extend their IP protected technology to a COVID-19 therapy, having recently received regulatory approval for a Phase I trial. This is the first investment BROS Capital LTD is making in bio pharm technology.

TC BioPharm is a privately-held, clinical-stage cell therapy company developing advanced allogeneic CAR-T cell therapy products for the treatment of cancer.

After a successful closed deal with Graphene Composite, Bros Capital Ltd has expand its investments in armor technology by bringing on board ABBS. ABBS has developed globally patented systems to counteract the huge forces on an armored vehicle when a mine or IED explodes under it. Tests have suggested occupants can be completely protected and the vehicle remains on the ground. ABBS is profitably selling systems to the USA, Israel, UK and now expanding production.

Bros Capital LTD announces that is planning to sell all its ordinary shares held at Parcel2GO to Equity Partners LLP (“MEP”). The sale is unanimously recommended by the Board of Directors, and currently approximately 92.03% of the existing shareholders. Bros Capital LTD has authorized Crowdcube Nominees Limited to follow the procedures and finalize the deal.
