A lender has suggested that between January and June 2023 over £116.1 billion worth of residential mortgages and £18.7 billion worth of buy to let deals are coming to the end of their fixed terms.
As a reminder, upon the expiry of a fixed product, you will automatically switch to the lender’s standard variable rate.
