The CISI is the leading professional body for securities & investment practitioners.

The Institute offers a range of qualifications, membership, training courses and learning resources to suit those aspiring to work in the industry, right through to the most experienced professionals. Our primary focus is to champion lifelong learning and integrity, raising individual standards of knowledge, skills and behaviour globally to enhance public trust and confidence in financial services

. Around 40,000 members currently benefit from our programme of professional and social events, with continuing professional development (CPD), at the heart of the Institute's values and policies. Through our range of qualifications, we offer individuals the opportunity to achieve core competence and foster strong careers in the fields of securities, derivatives, operations, compliance, corporate finance and investment management. In the past year, we set almost 39,000 examinations in 68 countries and we work closely with regulators and firms to promote high standards of professionalism and integrity.
