Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Quality Auditor to join our Taycoon-Egypt team in New Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to work from various company sites across Egyptian governorates. The Quality Auditor will play a pivotal role in executing quality audits, employing strong analytical skills to manage quality control processes, uphold quality management practices, and ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.
Key Responsibilities
As an auditor, your tasks will include conducting audits at various company sites across Egyptian governorates, including Cairo, Delta, Alexandria, the Canal region, and Upper Egypt. The responsibilities encompass:
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to plan audit visits.
- Conducting initial audit visits to company sites.
- Performing a second round of audit visits to assess findings.
- Reviewing and evaluating audit outcomes with stakeholders to ensure quality compliance.
Qualifications for Quality Auditors
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:-
1. Education:
- A diploma or master's degree, preferable from European Recognized Educational Universities, specifically in one of the following fields:-
- Readymade Garments/Textiles (one expert)
- Industrial Engineering (one expert)
- Woodworking (one expert)
- Food Processing (one expert)
- Automotive Engineering (one expert)
2. Language Skills:
- Proficiency in Arabic and English at a B2 level.
3. Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of general professional experience within the quality management sector.
- At least 3 years of specific professional experience in quality auditing and assurance.
4. Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Quality Auditing and Quality Assurance principles.
- Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
- Proven experience in Quality Control and Quality Management.
- High attention to detail paired with strong organizational capabilities.
- Certification in Quality Management or a related field is considered an asset.
- Exceptional communication and reporting skills are essential.
