Hi all 👋

Just a reminder that the next Alma is on Tuesday 26 May (moved from the Monday because of the bank holiday).

One of the things I love most about The Alma is that it’s not just “another networking event”.

It’s a room full of normal people at different stages of the journey… from those just getting started right through to people building portfolios, raising finance, creating deals, and growing businesses.

And somewhere in those conversations, ideas get shared…
confidence grows…
partnerships happen…
people realise they’re not on their own…
and momentum starts building again.

We’ll have the usual meet & greet networking at the start, great conversations throughout the evening, practical learning, property discussions, mindset, opportunities, and a room full of good people who genuinely want to move forward.

One of the biggest gaps I see with property investors is not motivation.

It’s not knowing the numbers.

A lot of people are keen.They’re looking at properties.They want to buy.They want to build a portfolio.

But then they get stuck because they’re not fully confident on:

What to offerWhether the deal actually worksWhat the Maximum Offer should beWhether the ROI stacks upHow much money may be left in the dealAnd how to create a deal rather than just wait for one

That’s why I’m running my Fundamentals Day in Luton on Saturday 23 May.

The message is simple:

If you don’t know the numbers, you can’t do the deal.

This is a practical day, not theory.

We’ll be looking at how to create real deals, understand the Maximum Offer formula, work out ROI rather than just yield, and build the confidence to make offers properly.

Because in property, we don’t just wait for deals to appear.
