We are delighted to have raised £3 million for Roquefort Investments in a oversubscribed placing. ROQ have agreed to acquire the entire issued share capital of Lyramid Pty Limited.

The Lyramid pre-clinical programme, utilising oligonucleotide drugs, has the potential to deliver ground breaking advances in the treatment of several disease targets including COVID-19, cancer, autoimmune disorders and chronic inflammation - and that this can be achieved rapidly and at a significantly lower cost than historical traditional drug methods.

Congratulations to Firering Strategic Minerals, whose shares were admitted to trading on AIM this morning.

We were delighted to have raised gross proceeds of £4.0 million to fund the Company's continued exploration at their flagship Atex Lithium-Tantalum Project, and enable them to establish a pilot plant with the aim of becoming a significant producer of strategic minerals sourced in a non-conflict region.

A positive update from Advance Energy plc on the Buffalo-10 well.

· A jack-up drilling rig for the Buffalo-10 well has been selected

· A Letter of Intent ("LOI") has been agreed and the formal rig contract is being finalised

· On the current schedule, drilling of the well is expected to commence in late October 2021

· The results of the well can be expected to be available in late November/early December 2021

Leslie Peterkin comments: '[...] the drilling of this well is transformational to Advance Energy, representing a potential material value catalyst for the Company. In the case of the 2C resource being established as reserves, there is potential to deliver a gross production rate of around 40,000 barrels per day (20,000 barrels per day net to Advance Energy) by the end of 2023, which in this current pricing environment would deliver exceptionally strong cash flow and compelling rates of return.'
