Having reflected on three recently completed separate loan transactions; a bridging loan, buy-to-let mortgage and a secured loan, we just wanted to acknowledge the incredible loyalty shown by our introducers (directly authorised mortgage brokers, IFA’s and Financial Planners), who have submitted regular business to Pure Funding Solutions over many years.
All three of these deals were from long-standing and very dependable brokers who have used our services for a long time and often contact us to help assist, find and help source the best funding solutions for their clients.
We never take anything for granted and anyone that uses our services could use any other master broker or mortgage packager, but often selects and trusts us in that our offering is going to be beneficial in assisting customers with their funding needs.
We don’t make any demands and brokers who are of course free to use who they want to at any time. There are no restrictions placed and if we are not vain enough to assume that we get all our introducers business, all of the time, but we would like to think that we get the business we deserve because:
• Have an extensive and varied lending panel, built up over many years.
• Ensure continued access to market leading products.
• Pay commissions and referral fees on time and in full.
• Never bite the hands that feeds you – these new customers have not been originated organically and often are long standing clients of the introducing broker so are treated with mutual respect and not taken for granted, as many go on to transact multiple property deals.
• Ensure our service is a positive experience, even on the rare occasion that we cannot assist with an enquiry.
• We don’t take ourselves to seriously but do take the business incredibly seriously – finance can be an incredibly emotive topic but you must be able to keep perspective and ensure a light-hearted approach at times.
It’s not a mutually exclusive club and new brokers are very welcome to the party and we will continue to serve our loyal and long-standing brokers alongside any new entrants who I’m sure will benefit from the great service, a widespread knowledge built up over many years, coupled with a friendly, attentive, and personable team, who really care about making the difference.
So, thank you to our friends and supporters in the mortgage market whose introductions and long standing, unwavering support we are truly and appreciate of.
