Instant Financial Services invites suitably qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the position of Customer Support Officer.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field, and demonstrate fluency in at least two local languages, preferably Jola and Fula. Competence in the use of digital devices (computers or tablets), strong communication and networking skills are essential. Prior experience in a customer support role will be considered an advantage.
