With one month to go until the , we’re delighted to announce that the event is officially SOLD OUT.

All teams and tables have now been secured — and while we’re sorry to have turned away a few companies this year, we’re incredibly grateful for the enthusiasm and support.

We’re looking forward to a brilliant day of cricket, networking, fundraising and special guest appearances (stay tuned), all in aid of our charity partner One Kind Act ().

This time last week, we were in Montenegro for our company trip!

A celebration following a successful 2025, where the team exceeded our annual deal target.

Three days of activities, laughter, and team bonding.

There are so many fantastic memories but here’s some of our highlights:
- A hike in the Vrmac mountains where some of the team overcame challenges and fears. It was great to see the camaraderie, with colleagues supporting and motivating each other, resulting in a huge sense accomplishment once complete.
- Wine tasting in a family-run winery with beautiful views of the Bay.
- Team dinners giving us an opportunity to connect and celebrate our recent successes - like the opening of our new Marylebone office.

The trip helped us appreciate the sort of culture we are fostering at Prideview - one where we work hard and have fun.

And on that note - the hard work continues. We’ve got more targets to meet this year, and despite a challenging economic and global climate, the team is out there ready to make those deals happen.

NEW CENTRAL LONDON OFFICE!

We’re pleased to announce the opening of our new Central London office, Prideview W1, marking a significant milestone in our continued growth and evolution.

The expansion from our long‑standing Stanmore base into a prestigious Zone 1 address reflects more than four decades of experience, reputation building and consistent deal flow. The move follows a series of major deals and advisory successes, including landmark transactions across Notting Hill Gate Estate, Kensington High Street and Great Portland Street.

Our new Marylebone office will serve as a central hub for client engagement, major transactions and closer collaboration with advisers and partners across Central London’s commercial property market.

Commenting on the opening, Vishal Patel, Principal at Prideview Group, said:

“This expansion from Zone 5 to Zone 1 is symbolic of Prideview’s journey. 📢 Property Week Award Shortlist! 📢

We’re pleased to share that Prideview Group has been shortlisted for Property Agency of the Year (under 100 employees) for Property Week’s Commercial Property Awards!

This recognition comes after a hugely successful 2025, celebrating our 40th anniversary, securing a number of standout central London deals, and raising the most we’ve ever done for our Prideview Cricket event.

We couldn’t have done this without our fantastic team and all the clients and partners we work with.

Last week, members of Team Prideview headed to Cannes for MIPIM 2026 — a packed few days of networking, discussions and reconnecting with contacts old and new.

With the backdrop of a global war, the conference had a noticeably different feel. There was understandable caution, but also a quiet sense of optimism, particularly within the commercial real estate sector.

Some of our highlights included:

- Our very own Jesal Raj Patel speaking at the Prideview Group MIPIM Breakfast alongside Mark Shipman of Michael Elliott LLP and Matthew Pincus, essentially a live version of the Alex Martin podcast (!). A packed event with over 40 of the UK’s top agents, and our second year hosting at Copal Beach.

- Being welcomed at a brilliant range of events hosted by United Trust Bank Limited/Harvey Sonning, Allsop LLP, Savills, Auction House, The Harkalm Group, FLADGATES LIMITED, Spector Constant & Williams/ Robert Irving Burns, Harold Benjamin, Searchland, Shaka Studio, Harston&Co, BTP Group and Gallagher.

- Dozens of impromptu conversations, from early morning to late evening, making the most of every opportunity.

- And of course, the weather! After last year’s downpour, the sunshine throughout the week was a very welcome change.
