Thanks a lot. I have shared my comments. Here is a what I wrote and I mean it genuinely from my heart:

I have had a great pleasure interacting and working with Maria from Inventory Genie (IG). Wish I had enough words that can describe my amazing experience with this company. Here is what I think about them and especially Maria. (Apologies if this is long but it is important that I do capture this unique experience)
For any business to thrive and continue to grow, customer loyalty and stickiness is of paramount importance. I firmly believe there are 4 key things that are crucial to achieve this loyalty: 1) great product/service 2) Transparency 3) Honesty 4) Rapport & Trust. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best), Inventory Genie scores 10/10 on all the 4 categories. I think they would break the scale as I would give them a score way above 10!
So here are my reasons for such a strong recommendation:
I called 10 different companies before narrowing down on IG. From the very first call with Maria, I really liked the way she explained her services and scope of work. She volunteered to send me a sample report which helped me better understand on what happens in this so called 'Inventory-checkout' and I could appreciate the fees they charge which is well deserved. Since this was the first time that I was doing my Inventory check-out (I am from US), I was a little apprehensive and had so many questions. Maria was very calm and answered all my questions. She spent 45 mins on my first call!! that itself showed she really cared for the customer and their interests. With most other companies, I could sense their frustration and they just wanted to close the deal. My landlord has been a demanding and unreasonable one and I shared my concerns with Maria. After I shared the Inventory-checkIN report that was prepared by landlord, she came up with some excellent points. No other firm cared and was so transparent and I felt so comfortable with Maria. She was able to win my trust in the very first call. After a few more calls and many more questions, I finally decided to hire them.
As days progressed, unfortunately circumstances changed at my end and with my landlord. On the day of appointment, I called Maria and explained her my challenges and sought her advice and also if I could get a refund. Maria gave me excellent advice on a few things to safeguard and protect my interests should the landlord turnaround on his stance. ...This bowled me over and I could feel how much IG cares for their customer! Contractually, IG was not obliged to refund me as I canceled just a few hrs before the scheduled appointment. But they were nice enough to consider my situation and support me. Honestly, the question is not just the money but the fact that they were considerate and genuine enough. I believe in doing business with handshake and for that 'Turst' is very critical. IG proved it so damn right!
In summary, all I can say is that I have a great respect for people like Maria and companies such as IG because they are so customer centric, so transparent and very trust-worthy. Without they doing any selling to me, I am completely sold. I will not use anyone else except IG and would happily recommend to all my friends. Please don't hesitate to try them out. Trust me, you will be in good hands.
